Be careful when buying heirloom seeds. Not all heirloom seeds are equal and not all heirloom seed offers are offered by gardeners but rather marketing companies that purchase old seed in bulk at a discount and then often shove it into death bags made of foil and plastic and then sealed shut like the seeds are toxic waste. That is precisely how Hasmat experts dispose of toxic waste- they shove it into sealed plastic bags and bury it. And that is exactly what these wannabe seed companies do with heirloom vegetable seeds as they scream that the sky is falling and you must prepare for the end of the world. They then sell you 5,000 to 10,000 cheap old seeds, usually one-third are lettuce and radish seed, inside a 4” sewer pipe so you can bury them four feet in the ground like Golem in his attempt to horde trinkets in the legendary story Lord of the Rings. These companies typically sell 12 to 24 vegetable varieties and few of them list an address or phone number.
They often have no real love of gardening or value heritage gardening, chances are- none have even grown the seeds they sell and have grown jealous of our company as we continue to prosper with the only all-in-one garden kit at www.EldoradoHeirloomSeeds.com. Hopefully you take the time to see the difference.
This is a very interesting article…watch the video/commercial too…

With heirloom seeds you can save the seeds from this years plants and plant next year.
EXAMPLE: If you planted 30 heirloom tomato seeds, you’d get hundreds of
tomatoes. If you saved only 10% of the seeds from those tomatoes for
next year you’d have about 1,000 tomato seeds. If you allow just one
head of lettuce to turn to seed after harvest, you will get 10,000+
seeds from it. From a single heirloom seed into 10,000.
So don’t fall for these companies selling 25,000 to 50,000 heirloom seeds in a single sewer pipe. These “seed” companies seem to always sell you 20,000 lettuce seeds. It would require 20 acres of land to plant that much seed. Even if you want to farm 20 acres of lettuce—can you?
We sell 30 heirloom seeds of each variety and then teach you how to save seed from each plant for next years garden so you never have to order seeds again. Why? Because its the right way to do business.
We have 200 varieties for you to select from.
